Clarence M. Schubert

	Clarence M. Schubert, 75, of Tamaroa, passed away at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2000 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in DuQuoin.
	Clarence was a farmer and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa.  He was also a member of the DuBois Knights of Columbus, Perry County Farm Bureau and Perry County Gold Plate.  He was an avid Bingo player.
	He was born January 7, 1925 at Tamaroa, the son of John A. and Catherine (Bathon) Schubert.  He married Carol Hargett on October 3, 1970 at Tamaroa and she survives.
	He is survived by his wife of Tamaroa; two daughters, Cindy Schubert of Tamaroa and Cheryl Hartman and husband Dwight of Tamaroa; one son, Clinton Schubert of Tamaroa; two brothers, Bernard Schubert of Pinckneyville and Fredrick of Tamaroa; two granddaughters, Taylor Hartman and Briana Amann and several nieces and nephews.
	He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Dorothy Sherman, Rosella Schubert and his twin sister Clara Schubert.
	Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Friday, June 2 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa with Fr. Daniel Jurek officiating.
	Friends were able to call from 5 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.  The Rosary was said at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
	Interment was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
	Friends may make memorials to the Immaculate Conception Church.
